Subcontractor on USDA job - needing to submit certified payroll report to GC/Prime. Where on certified payroll report do you include Per Diem for that contract? Gross Pay for Contract auto-calculates based on hours and rate entered - so do you include the amount paid out for per diem under Gross Pay for the Week (not project)?
