If you're looking for a Kansas mechanics lien waiver form, then you can find free, downloadable templates here (just scroll down a little): Kansas Lien Waivers Guide and FAQs. Keep in mind that lien waivers are generally exchanged for payment, and lien releases are appropriate when a mechanics lien has been filed but now needs to be released from the property record. If you're looking to release a mechanics lien - unfortunately, I wasn't able to find a Kansas lien release template available for download on the Levelset website. But, the local county recorder's office may have one available, or you may be able to find a free, downloadable form elsewhere online.
