It would be extremely helpful if a lawyer could chime in and answer this question ...
Apparently there are three other people that have the exact same question .....
If level set wishes to retain me and other people as clients they need to hire on a dedicated lawyer to answer these questions. Waiting for three or four days sometimes even longer for critical time sensitive answers is not acceptable.
Use the normal lien times to file notice and lien for the retainage
