When sending a California preliminary Notice. Do you have to send a separate form for each lot?

California

When sending a California preliminary Notice for a subdivision with multiple lots. Do you have to send a separate form for each lot? Can you say lots 1-120, or Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc?

In some situations, there are ways to file a lien for multiple lots. But, whoever helps you with it will need more information before giving a solid answer.
