when it comes to foreclosing on the 48 liens, can they all be grouped together as one foreclosure lawsuit? If not, will they be 48 individual foreclosures?

I have a question regarding the 48 liens: I filed 48 liens for one project.

This question would be best served by consulting a Florida trial attorney. Plus, when a lien foreclosure action is brought, this means that a lawsuit is being initiated for which an attorney would be hired anyway. Generally speaking, though, courts prefer to promote efficiency wherever possible. Thus, if a large number of liens were filed on a project that have the same underlying factual basis and involve the same parties, presumably, a court would call for the consolidation of the lien foreclosures.
