It's hard to say when, exactly, a Notice of Unpaid Balance will be recorded. Typically, counties record documents shortly after they receive them. But, with this coronavirus outbreak, some counties have been lagging - so it's possible that might not be immediate. After a Notice of Unpaid Balance has been filed, then the matter can be sent for arbitration. The arbitration demand must be sent within 10 days from when the Notice of Unpaid Balance is filed - so that's a quick turnaround. The demand must include a few different documents - namely the Demand for Arbitration, a copy of the filed Notice of Unpaid Balance, and any other supporting documentation to substantiate the claim for the arbitrator. That bundle of docs gets mailed to the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Finally, if you've placed an order through Levelset, you can always contact the Levelset Support team for information regarding that order - including when and how the order will be processed. Plus, that information should be available by logging into your account and going to the order page (and the Levelset Support team can help walk you through how to do that).
