When can I foreclose on my lien; and how?

South Carolina

I have filed a lien and would like to foreclose on it to collect. Please advise.

Foreclosing on a lien requires filing suit, which must be done within 6 months of your last date of work.

If you have a corporate form (LLC, Inc., etc.) South Carolina law requires the company to be represented by counsel.

If you need assistance in foreclosing, please do not hesitate to let me know.
