I am doing some part-time administrative work for a friend who has an owner/operator pressure washing business located in NC in its first year of business. Recently, my friend has expressed interest in expanding his operations to FL so that he can eventually live and work between both states. He is currently licensed and insured in NC. Is he able to obtain some kind of reciprocity for his current licensure or will he be required to start from square one in FL?
