We are a demolition subcontractor, typically work for GC's who are doing construction on behalf of an Owner. I am unclear on what type of Levelset notice I should be submitting. Levelset offers: - Preliminary Notice of Lien Rights (Filed - Not General Prelim) - Non-required Preliminary Notice 30-day Date, and - Notice of Commencement In order to protect lien rights down the road, we've been doing the Preliminary Notice Filed option. Is that the appropriate option?
