As a business owner, what do I do when a client refuses to pay for a bathroom remodel project? I have a client who wanted to do some remodeling on her bathroom. I gave her an estimate we did the work and she loved it. Then she started complaining about a few minor cosmetic issues. Contractor and I went to the property to look at those issues, which we then offered to fix at no cost to her. She agreed and was set to have those cosmetic issues fixed. Next day she sent me text messages saying she refuses our services, she will not pay, and she wants money back for all materials and the deposit she gave. What do I do?
