What should my next steps be?

I was working for a company that is building a new Caliber Collision and they have been playing constant games with our money. Now they paid our subs but have our check on hold for a ridiculous reason. I pulled my guys from our site until I get a check and they terminated our contract. I am going to place a mechanics lien on the property but I think Caliber Collision may own the property outright and the building. They owe us around $100,000. What are my options in suing them?
