I install floors and have my own business. A homeowner and I had an agreement with some carpet she wanted installed throughout the house she was moving into. At the end of the first day of installation she noticed scuffs on the wall from the carpet that we had rolled out. I explained to her in the beginning that this could happen and I was willing to do touch up paint. She refused to allow me to finish the job and hasn't paid anything towards the completed work. I've tried renegotiating with her and she is being unreasonable.
