Did work for a contractor that I work for for 20 years he actually pulled the permits on this house so he would be their contract from this house I went in and repaired all the bad drywall for him repaired all the bad stucco for him fixed framing to did concrete for him got behind on paying me owed me 11700 payed me 1500 than 12:00 won't return my phone calls around and in order to get me to finish some of the work the homeowner intervening months earlier and said she would pay me from they're on didn't know if she could pay me what he owed me now she doesn't want to do that do I have text messages of me and her agreeing on that price and invoices pictures text messages and 2 checks saying draw 1 draw 2 everything but a contract its all labor
