My company is a supplier for a job that was prelim-ed late last year and the customer requested an unconditional final in January. This release was signed because at the time there was nothing owed and the job was completed. In April the customer placed another order for this job and now the GC is refusing to pay because of the job was closed and the unconditional final was signed. We did not refile a prelim for the job in April, because we didn't notice the job was closed and done. Is there anything we can do?
