What other recourse do we have after time lapse

We are material suppliers in MO, supplying material to a Bonded job in Illinois. I know we normally have 90 days to file against a bond, but this job is well past that point and with only having retainage left, the GC is now filing a lawsuit against the owner. It is well past the 6 months as well, do we have any other recourse?
