I recently discovered that a contractor I hired to improve/remodel my home is unlicensed and does not have a qualified person at his company. I was hoping to get an opinion from an expert in the field on what options I have/what makes sense in this situation. The main items of concern are a new furnace system that does not function properly, items not to code, and poor workmanship throughout. Thank you,
