I'm a homeowner whose kitchen remodel was going pretty well until a subcontractor messed up, our project manager approved incorrect cabinet installation, and our oven cannot be installed correctly. I've raised all the concerns with our contractor, but she has stopped responding to texts and emails. We have a standard contract that requires homeowner approval to complete the project, but we've already made our last payment. We have no leverage at this point except possibly legal.
