What is the next step on a Bond Claim/ Construction Lien.

Yes we filed a lien on a project which went to the GC's bond. The claim was against the Subcontractor that hired us. The GC has since sent over the subcontractors bond information. What should be done now that we have that information.

I am unsure about the details, but if the lien claim is on a private project, you may have rights against both the property (mechanic's lien) and the bond of the subcontractor. If it is a government job, the state or federal "Miller Act" would apply and that is a separate analysis.
