In Oklahoma, once you file a lien statement with the county clerk's office, the county clerk shall "immediately upon receipt of such statement... shall enter a record of the same against the tract index." The tract index is the record kept by county officials concerning property located in their corresponding county. The ML designation is for mechanics liens. This ML# is to be filled out by the county recorder and assigns you a mechanics lien number to quickly identify and access that information.
