What is the difference between "current work under contract and in progress" and "backlog" in a GC Prequalification?

Current work under contract and in progress reflects work for which you have a contract and are actually working.

Backlog would reflect work under contract but for which you have not yet been given a notice to proceed.

Retain construction attorney to help evaluate your legal needs (contracts, etc.) and to provide advice.

Good luck.
