What is the deadline in Florida to File a Lien or Bond claim?

Since you are listed as "anonymous sub-subcontractor", I will assume for purposes of your question you are a second-tier subcontractor. If so, you would have had to serve a Notice to Owner (or Notice to Contractor if it's a bonded job) within 45 days of when you first started work and then record a lien/submit a bond claim within 90 days of when you completed your work. You have to meet both deadlines to have a valid lien/bond claim.
