In Arizona if you are signing an unconditional waiver that says furnished thru 9/30 and you didn't receive payment until October is that correct or should you be signing a conditional thru 9/30

The through date on an Arizona mechanics lien waiver should represent the last date for which lien rights are being waived. So, if all lien rights are being waived before a particular date, then that particular date should generally be listed as the through date on the lien waiver. As for the date of signature - that should generally be the date when the waiver is being signed.
