What is the copy of the satisfaction of commencement? Is this the completed notarized Certificate of Commencement only?
Where are you getting that term, "satisfaction of commencement?" There is "notice of commencement" and "termination of the notice of commencement", but I have never heard of the first "satisfaction of commencement" phrase.
