I had a contractor do some work. I was given a quote for the work. I was given two separate itemized invoices prior to completion. Which I paid in full. At the end of the project I questions why the trim was not put on the columns and was told that was not included in the quote. But the addl work was done without my consent and other items which I paid for were not done. I now need to dispute the mechanics lien how is the best way to fight this?
