A client of mine has a friend that built a home in Tonopah, Arizona but he is not a licensed contractor. He is now going to move back to Montana and wants to sell the home that he built. What is required for him to sell this home?

The fact that the home was built by an unlicensed contractor should not have any effect on the sale of the home. He can sell the home just the same as anyone else.
