What is my recourse for what I feel is unjust threat of a lien against my property ?

WashingtonMechanics Lien

A contractor is demanding I pay his total charges within 1 week even though the work was not completed and parts of it are unacceptable and the amount of the total amount was never agreed upon and also with the pandemic going on and threatening with a property lien

I'm not sure there will be much legal recourse for a mere threat of a mechanics lien claim. Potentially, though, you might have a claim against the contractor for making threats for claims they aren't actually entitled to. But, consulting with a local Washington lawyer might help to identify what claims you may have on that front: Find a Washington Construction Lawyer. Regardless of pursuing actual claims - threatening to bring legal claims against your contract if they pursue a lien might be effective in forcing them to stop making improper threats. If the contractor knows you understand your rights and that you're willing to take them to task, they'll think twice about pursuing a lien claim that's questionable, at best.
