Looks to me that you guys already sent the Notice to the Owner of the house, Now my question is: That you guys send a "Certified Letter" Notice or a regular mail letter that they can say that Never Received? I need to know what is my next step if there anything I have to do!
The question presently is unclear to me. However, I believe the answer you are seeking is that you should be sure to record a lien on the project no later than 90 days after your last date of work (assuming you have not been paid in full when recording the lien).
