Subcontractor on residential project and filed all docs via levelset to protect our position. the amount of lien is $32546.00 plus additional costs and how do we recoup that?

If your lien is recorded, then your next option is to file suit to foreclose the lien within one year of its recording. You would need to consult with an attorney to make that happen. Under Florida's construction lien statute, you would also be entitled to recover your attorneys' fees and costs.
The way you collect on the lien is to record the lien and then file a lawsuit to enforce the lien. You have 6-months from the date of recording the lien to file suit or you will lose your right to enforce the lien.
