I am a factoring company that funds construction companies. P&P Bonds prime our lien. I need to know if Excavation License Bonds do also.

It appears from my research that an excavation bond is simply protection against something being damaged during excavation. Buried wire, pipe, other subterranean structures, etc. It can be required in some areas.
