We're an HOA. Our lawyer prepared prepared a NOI to Record a Lien for one of our HOA members who is several months in arrears paying their HOA dues. I'm told the homeowner has 30-60 days to respond. After the owner did not respond, the lawyer then prepared a NOI to Record a Lien for Posting. Is there any difference between the two NOIs.....or was the HOA charged for doing the same work twice? Please advise/explain. Thank you...
