What if we didn't provide the Model Disclosure Statement but was awarded a Judgement in Court? Can we lien?

WashingtonMechanics Lien

We won our Small Claims Case yesterday in court against a homeowner we did work for on their property. Prior to the work being performed we did not provide a Model Disclosure Statement therefore we could not legally file a lien on his property in WA State. Now that we got our Judgement against him to pay up can I legally file a Mechanic's Lien now without the Model Disclosure Statement being in place prior since we have been awarded a judgment? Does the Judgement trump the Model Disclosure Statement?

No, you can't file a mechanic's lien. But, if you transferr your small claims judgment to the Superior Court in the county where you did the work, you will obtain a judgment lien.
