I did not send the 43-11 Preliminary Notice and now it says Virginia's 150 Day Rule is due tomorrow. We don't have an attorney in VA. Will it be okay to not send that notice and wait to send the Post-Work 43-11 Notice in April 2022 when we are planning to be done on the job? How does the 150 day rule work when you don't know the last day you will be on a job?
