I am in GA and I have a situation where a homeowner signed a contract with my company after my foreman got on top of her roof and inspected it alongside an adjuster who eventually approved the home for a new roof. The contract has a cancelation fee of $500 if the homeowner cancels and that is what happened and now the homeowner does not want to pay the $500 all of this is an initial start of work what can I do?
