What document proof the lien has been released?

Hello, I’m in Florida and the government is fixing my house. The hired this contractors who contracted other people who contracted the people who did the job. I just received notification of a lien because the contractor who did this specific job has not been paid. The middle contractor that the state contracted told me they are the ones paying and will let me know when the contractor who did the job release the lies. What document should I ask for as proof that there is no lien on my property? Thank you
