I am needing to file a mechanics lien for ATT work done in Oklahoma. I am getting close to the 90 day window as well. I filed what I thought was correct, and found out it may not be?
I would recommend you contact a construction attorney in your county to ask your questions. Mechanics' lien laws can be strictly construed and you need to make sure there is no room for argument that it's defective.
