GC owes me roughly $55,000 in completion and retainage funds. They also owe several other subs. They owe one sub over $250000 and he has a law suite. The GC is telling me that this is holding up my money.
The GC should not be making their problems your problems. Dang i was afraid of that. Now its going to cost me money to get paid. Man this sucks! people like this shouldnt be able to be GCs. They should have their licence suspended for a year in that state for not paying people.
