Depends on the amount you are owned. In Nevada small claims court is for amounts of $10,000 or less. If your lien is for an amount greater than 10k, then it is too big for small claims.

An action to enforce a mechanic's lien must be filed in the District Court as it concerns title to real property, no matter the amount of the claim.
