What course of action do I have available to me after 120 days?

On a delinquent account that past due I would recommend you place the account with a Certified Commercial Collection Agency who is licensed and bonded in Nebraska as well as a member of the Commercial Collection Agencies of America who can collect the account on a contingency bases so you are not throwing good money after a bad account.
