Some work described was completed, but other work has already been paid for or was not done. For some of those jobs, we did not receive all the materials described.
If you've received a monthly notice or other document from someone on your project and if the information on that notice is incorrect, you can always contact the party sending notice to correct the issue. It's possible that they've accidentally included some materials or labor that hasn't yet been completed or furnished. If you believe the notice contained flawed information, it'd be a good idea to reach out to the subcontractor or supplier who sent the notice to get to the bottom of things. And, note that if there's some issue or dispute later on, having everything in writing could be very useful.
