I'm a licences electrical contractor in TN. I was hired by the property owner to do complete residential electrical work under a contract agreement. With a payment agreement to be made in full upon completion of work. We pulled a permit through the required office and began work. We have now passed the final inspection with the AHJ. However, the home owner had given a check for a significant amount less than the final invoice and contract agreement. What can/should I do now
