My daughter rented a studio apartment and had our truck parked there at her apartment, the owner gave her an eviction and when she tried to take the truck, the property owner told her he has a storage lien on it and she can't take it, I called DMV and had them run the Vin number, they said no luen is on the truck and go get our truck back, I called the police to have them come with me to get the truck, they wouldn't do that cause it's a civil matter, this man said he wants $3,500 by 8:00 am May 16, 2021 or he's going to auction it off, the money is in the bank and there closed on Sundays, I asked him if he would wait one more day so we could get the money, he wouldn't, he got away with stealing our 2014 international prostar sleeper tractor, what can I do now?
