I am a MBE new start business in Missouri. DId driveway work on homeowner house with signed contract. Homeowner works for Home development company, and promised to pay for materials is I pay labor Plus he would give my company job of putting in 10 driveways in the subdivision. He refuses to pay, refuses to meet and no additional driveway jobs with the development company. Its been over 60 days with no response and he paid the other contractors. Help please
