We hired our contractor in November . The dead line was May 28 . Our contractor continuously stops working on our house to chase the money he has started 6 other jobs since he started ours. We ended up having to buy our own paint and because the painters he kept sending to our house did more damage than good we ended up having to paint our own house. All the plumbing they installed is leaking. The walls have lots of cosmetic defects from the poor job they did and they don't intend to correct it and they still have lots not complete and they're not intinding on completing it what can i do
The answer most likely resides in the contract that you have with the contractor. However, the answer will likely be to file suit against the contractor for breach of contract, breach of warranty, etc.
