I'm a material supplier and missed a deadline for a notice and am not getting paid. Do I have any recourse.

If you are not getting paid, let a certified commercial collection agency licensed and bonded to collect in WA attempt to collect the debt on a contingency bases so you are not throwing any good money after a bad debt. If for any reason they are not successful in collecting it won't cost you anything for the effort. Feel free to call or srauch@rauchmilliken.com Best regards getting paid, Steve

You have multiple remedies still available to you and your company, including an Action on the Bond of the non-paying contractor and more. If you have a good Credit Application / Contract with the non-paying customer, then you should likely be able to recover your collection costs as well. IF your current Credit Application / Contract does NOT contain provisions to provide such protection, a good "contract-review" and update would be in order.

You can sue for payment.
