What are my options when mechanics lien was filed but not enforced?
ColoradoCouldn't file a law suit due to financial problems caused by the pandemic and now mechanics lien is expired. Amount due is still not paid and would like to know if i still have any options.

Even if you are out of time for recording a lien, you may still be able to file a lawsuit for breach of contract or unjust enrichment.
