Under Indiana law there are certain warranties that apply to new home construction which would cover damages/defects. If your neighbor built a home and it damaged your home, you'd likely have a claim againts the contractor who built the neighbor's home. You probably have a requirement under your home insurance policy to notify your insurance of an occurence/event and cooperate with them as well.
