What amount to put on unconditional release upon progress payment - the total paid to date or the specific progress payment?

CaliforniaLien Waivers

I have a customer who is requesting that the Unconditional Waiver and Release Upon Progress Payment states in the amount line the "total paid to date" rather than the amount of the progress payment for that specific pay period.

You insert only the specific payment made for the current period which clears all lien claims through the "through date" specified - -subject to any exceptions made at the bottom of the form.
