We sell insulation materials. How to guarantee receipt in these cases through Lien? Could we put a Lien on the trucks of companies or something like that in Massachussets? And in this case it is not exactly a construction project... It is just selling materials to other resellers...

Mechanics lien claims will be available against the project property in many situations, but they'll never be available against the equipment, trucks, or other personal property of your customer. As for lien rights based on the information above - material suppliers who supply other suppliers generally won't have mechanics lien rights in Massachusetts. Still, if you're providing supplies on account to your customer, it's possible that a UCC lien might be on the table (though, admittedly, that's outside of my area of expertise). Further, traditional remedies like a breach of contract claim should be on the table, too.
