We measured a jobsite and got sealed shop drawings for two projects located in GA, do we have lien rights?

Georgia

We provided design services for two projects in GA, with the ultimate intention of producing pre-fabricated wood trusses for these projects. We have signed proposals for both projects showing the customer agreed to enlist our services, from design work to the actual production of the materials. Part of this process involves measuring the jobsite, designing the trusses, and then obtaining sealed shop drawings that are approved by an outside engineer. The customer canceled the order, but has kept the drawings and will now also benefit from our services that we provided (the measurements and design work). We've determined an amount we are going to charge for services rendered up to this point. Can we establish lien rights on this?
