We have completed a TPO Commercial roof for a contractor and he has not paid us,we went back to complete some more work on January 20, 2022. The contractor has not paid us but keeps promising to pay us.

To have lien rights you must have delivered a "notice to owner" within 45 days from the first of putting material on site or starting work. What is your status on this requirement?
